اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهِ رَبِّىْ مِنْ كُلِِّ ذَنْۢبٍ اَذْنَبْتُهٗ عَمَدًا اَوْ خَطَا ًٔ سِرًّا اَوْ عَلَانِيَةً وَّاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِیْٓ اَعْلَمُ وَ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِىْ لَآ اَعْلَمُ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ وَ سَتَّارُ الْعُيُوْبِ و َغَفَّارُ الذُّنُوْبِ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِِّ الْعَظِيْمِؕ

अस्तग़-फिरुल्ला-ह रब्बी मिन कुल्लि जाम्बिन अज-नब-तुहु अ-म-द-न अव् ख-त-अन सिर्रन औ अलानियतंव् व अतूबु इलैहि मिनज-ज़म्बिल-लजी ला अ-अलमु इन्-न-क अन्-त अल् आलमुल गुयूब व् सत्तारुल उयूब व् गफ्फा-रुज्जुनुब वला हो-ल वला कुव्-व-त इल्ला बिल्लाहिल अलिय्यील अज़ीम।

तर्जुमा : मै अपने परवरदिगार (अल्लाह) से अपने तमाम गुनाहो कि माफ़ी मांगता हुँ जो मैंने जान-बूझकर किये या भूल कर किये, छिप कर किये या खुल्लम खुल्ला किये और तौबा करता हु मैं उस गुनाह से, जो मैं जानता हु और उस गुनाह से जो मैं नहीं जानता. या अल्लाह बेशक़ तू गैब कि बाते जानने वाला और ऐबों को छिपाने वाला है और गुनाहो को बख्शने वाला है और (हम मे) गुनाहो से बचने और नेकी करने कि ताक़त नहीं अल्लाह के बगैर जो के बोहोत बुलंद वाला है।

5. Fifth Kalima: Astaghfar (Penitence)

اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهِ رَبِّىْ مِنْ كُلِِّ ذَنْۢبٍ اَذْنَبْتُهٗ عَمَدًا اَوْ خَطَا ًٔ سِرًّا اَوْ عَلَانِيَةً وَّاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِیْٓ اَعْلَمُ وَ مِنَ الذَّنْۢبِ الَّذِىْ لَآ اَعْلَمُ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوْبِ وَ سَتَّارُ الْعُيُوْبِ و َغَفَّارُ الذُّنُوْبِ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِىِِّ الْعَظِيْمِؕ

Astaghfirullah rabbi min kullay zambin aznabtuho amadan ao khat an sirran ao alaniatan wa atubu ilaihee min az zambil lazee aalamo wa min az zambil lazee la aalamo innaka anta allamul ghuyoobi wa sattaarul oyobi wa ghaffar uz zunoobi wala ha ola wala quwwata illa bila hil aliyil azeem

English Translation: I seek forgiveness from Allah, my lord, from every sin I committed knowingly or unknowingly, secretly or openly, and I turn towards Him from the sin that I know and from the sin that I do not know. Certainly You, You (are) the knower of the hidden things and the Concealer (of) the mistakes and the Forgiver (of) the sins. And (there is) no power and no strength except from Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.
